Thomas Daly was the perfect lawyer for our case. A "Karen situation" that mushroomed into a multitude of false accusations. He went to work right away with a winning strategy that worked perfectly to have our case dismissed. What we appreciated the most was Mr. Daly's calm and focus and how he managed to take all the stress and anxiety away from us (this being our first time, and we hope the last, to deal with the courts).

Thomas and his associates are one of the best in my opinion. I've had multiple attorneys unfortunately, and they all sucked. Didn't fight for me, didn't listen to my standards and needs, weren't willing to work with me to get better sentences, unfortunately. Man, I tell you when I found Thomas Daly, boy, I tell you he did everything in his power of the law to get me what I 'asked' for and even planned for a better outcome when other things maybe would have collapsed on me if we didn't plan. But anyways, Thomas Daly was amazing at performing in the courtrooms. I don't plan on getting into trouble in the future, but things happen, and I'll be calling Thomas Daly for service. I was involved in an incident on my property with my neighbor who injured himself and decided to have me charged with criminal battery. I was first served with a civil suit for a restraining order. I was referred to Thomas Daly, and after meeting with Mr. Daly, I retained his services to represent me in the restraining order case. The case turned criminal when the assault and battery charges were levied against me. Mr. Daly didn't miss a beat. He changed gears and started preparing a solid defense strategy. Due to COVID and other delays, we are going into our third year of fighting this. So my case remains unresolved at the time of this review. However, I truly believe that thanks to Thomas Daly and his team, I will be exonerated and go home. If you are reading this, you are probably in need of representation in some regard. Victim of Police Misconduct Jan 19, 2022

I was a victim of police misconduct. It was the time when COVID-19 just hit the US, everything was shutting down, there was nothing going on, and the police officers were bored. The Clayton PD I ran across knew they were a whole bunch of cowboys. They did not do their due diligence, pulled a search warrant thinking they were heroes to save Clayton, and that they got something. Turns out there were no heroes but zeros. In order to 'save their faces,' they nit-picked whatever they saw in my house, like child endangerment because I did not lock up the cannabis I use in the drawer. Made-up stories so they did not look as stupid. I was in shock; the lead officer told me in person that there was no crime in front of my face, but when he returned back to the office, he wrote a report to charge me for child endangerment. That was how I got to know Thomas Daly. He was a great lawyer. He explained to me that this was, unfortunately, our messed-up legal justice system. He helped me greatly, I cannot thank him anymore. If you are a victim of police misconduct or set up by the police, you have to come to Thomas Daly. You will be glad that you did.
